PAYMENT - We request pre-payment to hold and confirm your reservation. Pre-payments are not processed until the day of your tour, however, cancellations not received within 24 hours of tour departure will be billed accordingly.

TOUR TIMES and ARRIVAL - Guests should arrive at the Marina at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Our tours leave on time. No refund will be issued for late arrival or missed tours.

CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations by customers MUST be made 24 hours prior to departure. The Captain of the vessel is the only authorized person to cancel a trip due to weather or safety issues.
